This was a series of editorial illustrations for The Pitch, Kansas City's alt-weekly newspaper. The article was a choose-your-own-adventure set in the year 2025, and explored a world where dining out looks different. The subjects all had an optimistic hue (chefs who can afford to travel for inspiration, lobster at Home Depot, the normalization of insect-based snacks, etc.) so I decided on a nice bright yellow as an accent.
